FAQ
What are the power supply requirements for the HeartGuard AED cabinet?
The HeartGuard AED cabinet requires a permanent connection to a 230-volt power supply.
What is the difference between the Protect -20°C model and the Polar -40°C model?
There is no visible difference on the outside of the two AED cabinet models.
The Protect -20°C model is equipped with a built-in heater, which maintains an internal cabinet temperature suitable to keep the AED unit operational in outdoor temperatures down to -20°C.
The Polar -40°C model includes an additional, specially designed heating unit that activates when temperatures go below -20°C and keeps the AED unit operational in outdoor temperatures down to -40°C.
What is the expected delivery time for the AED cabinets?
The HeartGuard AED cabinets are usually in stock, and we typically ship orders on the same day.
Are the HeartGuard AED cabinets equipped with locks?
Both of our AED cabinet models are intentionally designed without locks.
Health authorities recommend that outdoor AED cabinets remain unlocked to ensure quick and unrestricted access, as speed is of utmost importance when responding to a cardiac arrest.
